NeoReview stores what you and your team put into it — files, comments, drawings, approvals — so your team can review media together. It isn’t used for advertising and isn’t sold.

What we keep

• Your account: name, email and/or KingsChat username, profile photo, sign-in sessions (device and IP address).
• Your work: uploaded files and their processed copies, comments, approvals, transcripts and captions.
• Guests on share links: the name and email they give, and which files they watched — shown to the link’s owners.
• A tamper-evident activity log of important actions, kept for accountability.

Where it lives

On the organisation’s own server and storage (DigitalOcean, Amsterdam). Emails are sent through the organisation’s mail server. On-device transcription runs in your browser; server transcription and AI summaries, when an administrator turns them on, send the audio or comments to the configured provider.

Your choices

You can change notifications, unlink sign-in methods, revoke devices and app tokens in your profile. Ask your workspace administrator to remove content, or contact the instance administrator to delete your account.
